Due to the unique nature of our products, no two items are identical.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Full payment is required before any order is processed or shipped.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Payment cannot be verified
• There is an error in pricing or product information
• The product is no longer available

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including product images, branding, designs, text, and logos are the intellectual property of Ruiandco and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ruiandco shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays due to courier or customs clearance
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials (buyers are responsible to review materials before purchase)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
