Return & Refund Policy

Returns

All sales are final.

Due to the unique and limited nature of our curated jade, crystal, and candle pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Each Rui & Co item is individually selected and one of a kind. Replacement stock is not available.

Items must not be returned without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ruiandco.sg with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Clear photographs of the outer packaging

Claims submitted without photographic evidence or outside the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

Where a damage claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase value.

Refunds are not provided unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.


Used or Altered Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Burned or used candles
• Opened products
• Items that have been altered
• Items not in original condition


Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier services
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Local handling fees

Rui & Co is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we do not issue refunds.


Refund Processing

If a refund is required under applicable law, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
