Singapore
Standard Shipping: S$4.90
Complimentary Singapore delivery on orders of S$78 and above.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International
International Tracked Shipping: S$25
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.
Express International Courier: S$40
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and local courier conditions.
- Customs & Duties
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country.
Rui & Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, delivery is subject to the courier's handling and delivery procedures.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, Rui & Co will assist with the appropriate shipping enquiry or claim where applicable.
- Incorrect Shipping Information
