1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery times:

• Singapore: 2–5 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

For international orders:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Ruiandco is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Once the order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Ruiandco is not responsible for courier delays.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will assist in filing a claim.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
